- TEC Student Entrepreneur program provides one-on-one counseling on topics such as intellectual property evaluation and protection, licensing, and market research. Student inventors can be matched with MBA students from the University of Alberta’s School of Business if they are interested in beginning business assessments and commercialization planning.
- TEC VenturePrize Student Business Plan Competition for post-secondary students across Alberta. TEC VenturePrize awards $10,000 in prizes to students with the best business plans.
